This role is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work schedule effectively while supporting clients through virtual sessions. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine clients' emotional and psychological needs, utilizing standardized tools and clinical judgment.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's distinct goals, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as individual, family, and group therapy methodologies.
• Implement and monitor therapeutic interventions, continuously tracking clients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention services and support clients during urgent situations, employing active listening and de-escalation techniques.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accurate documentation of assessments, treatment goals, and progress updates.
• Engage in regular collaboration with our multidisciplinary team members to ensure that our clients receive holistic and integrated care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including supervision, training sessions, and workshops, to enhance your clinical skills and stay informed on current mental health research.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards set forth by licensing boards, ensuring high-quality and ethical care for all clients.

Our client population is predominantly faith-based, reflecting diverse cultural backgrounds and personal beliefs. We serve individuals from various demographics, including those involved in the county jail system, providing outpatient mental health services that address unique challenges they face. By integrating faith-based principles into our therapeutic approach, we aim to respect and uplift the spiritual dimensions of our clients' lives in conjunction with their mental health journeys.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) is necessary to perform therapy services.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to develop effective treatment strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling empathetic engagement with clients and effective collaboration with colleagues.
• A commitment to ethical practice and a genuine dedication to the well-being of clients.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while being an integral part of a supportive team.
• Familiarity with ethical guidelines and laws governing mental health practice.

A minimum of three years of direct experience in a related mental health counseling role is preferred, providing a solid foundation of practical knowledge and therapeutic skills. Experience working with diverse populations, particularly within outreach or corrections settings, will be considered an asset.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, combined with sign-on bonus opportunities.
