Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and context.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with clients' goals and preferences, integrating evidence-based practices.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions using various modalities, adapting techniques to promote maximum engagement and progress.
• Monitor client progress, adjusting therapeutic goals and approaches as needed to ensure continued growth.
• Provide teletherapy options to accommodate and support clients in urban and rural settings, as well as those with accessibility challenges.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records while adhering to ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our counselors work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications

• A valid and current state license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for establishing rapport with clients.
• Ability to exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients' experiences.
• Proven organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage caseloads and maintain documentation standards.

Preferred Experience

While we encourage all qualified candidates to apply, preference will be given to individuals with prior experience in telehealth settings or private practice environments. Experience with specific therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), will further enhance your candidacy.
