Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans that address their unique challenges.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities tailored to promote personal growth, resilience, and emotional well-being.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals with your clients and monitor their progress through regular check-ins and modifications to treatment as needed.
• Provide teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients, addressing barriers such as transportation or mobility challenges.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment interventions to uphold the highest ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities to enhance your skills and stay updated with the latest therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you should possess:

• A current and valid state license as LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field; a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective client relationships and collaboration with colleagues.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a varied caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in a private practice setting, familiarity with teletherapy platforms, or specialized training in trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, or similar methodologies will strengthen your application.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, depending on your experience and caseload. In addition to a robust salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
