Overview Position: Fine Artist (Painter, Sculptor, or Illustrator) Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $49โ€“$98/hr Location: Remote Commitment: 10โ€“40 hours/week Responsibilities Create and curate original artwork using traditional and digital media (ink, watercolor, charcoal, oil, or digital tools). Apply visual elements such as line, space, mass, color, and perspective to communicate concepts, emotions, and moods for AI training. Collaborate with clients, writers, editors, art directors, and internal teams to define artistic objectives and deliverables.

Analyze and document creative processes to provide clear, detailed input for AI learning workflows. Maintain an up-to-date professional portfolio showcasing diverse styles and capabilities. Communicate artistic decisions and methodologies clearly in both written and verbal formats.

Support promotion of AI-enhanced artwork through digital portfolios, online channels, or marketing materials as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in fine arts, illustration, painting, sculpture, or related visual disciplines. Proficiency with traditional art techniques and digital tools, including platforms like Adobe Creative Cloud.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain creative concepts clearly. Experience collaborating with cross-functional creative teams. Excellent eye for detail, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
