A BIT ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Our Manager, Strategic Partnerships, is responsible for activating new business from strategic partner accounts across the consulting, recruitment, and outsourcing sectors, whilst consistently growing relationships and revenue. We use HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Seamless, and SalesLoft to help get the job done.
As a Manager, Strategic Partnerships, you'll be reporting to the Director, Partnerships and work closely with your peers and cross-functional stakeholders. Articulation, networking, and tenacity will be critical to the success in this role. We use Salesforce , Crossbeam, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Outreach, and Gong to help get the job done.
What you'll do:
  • Gain a deep understanding of the channel partnership process from sales through to operations and delivery.
  • Meticulously use our tech stack to identify and map out prospect partners.
  • Execute discovery and educational calls, deliver product demos, and guide prospective partners through the sales process.
  • Educate and guide partners through the end client sales process and operations.
  • Work closely with established partners, mapping and networking internally to generate growth and further revenue streams.

What you'll bring:
  • Min 5 years partnership sales experience (ideally within B2B SaaS or HR)
  • Min 3 years in pure outbound/Enterprise sales
  • Min 2 of the last 3 years exceeding quota (*required)
  • A people-first, and growth mindset.
  • An exceptional appreciation for the complexities of your craft with an eagerness to learn.
  • An affinity to work (thrive!) as a remote employee, within a fast-growth business, and an incredibly explosive sector.
  • The ability to work independently, problem solve proactively, and collaborate effectively.
  • Creative and proactive problem solving.
  • Experience using sales tools for prospecting, lead management, and customer engagement.
  • Experience in the consulting, recruitment, or outsourcing sectors preferred but not mandatory.
  • Comprehension of value-based sales.
