As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Plumbing Service Technician / Plumber to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, can troubleshoot and solve problems in the field, communicates well with customers, and wants to be part of a company that values skilled tradespeople.

Job Responsibilities

The Plumbing Service Technician will be responsible for:

  • Performing plumbing service, repairs, maintenance, and installations for residential and light commercial customers
  • Diagnosing plumbing problems and presenting practical repair or replacement solutions
  • Communicating clearly with customers regarding the issue, recommended solution, timeline, and pricing
  • Completing accurate job documentation through the company app, including:
    • Detailed job notes
    • Materials used
    • Before, during, and after photos
    • Completion of required solution sheets
  • Coordinating with dispatch and team members to keep jobs moving smoothly
  • Promoting the company in a professional and positive manner
  • Ensuring all work complies with applicable plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures
  • Maintaining a clean and professional service truck and jobsite
  • Treating customer homes, businesses, and property with care and respect
  • Staying current on plumbing products, best practices, and evolving industry technology
Qualifications

Qualified candidates should have:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of plumbing experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work independently and think on your feet
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
