• Manage a diverse caseload, establishing rapport to build positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics.
• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, stability, and readiness for discharge, tailoring support to meet their evolving needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor customized treatment plans that are person-centered, effectively addressing individual client challenges.

You will work primarily with an outpatient population, including a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health challenges.
