This full-time position offers a remote work setting, allowing counselors the flexibility to manage their schedules and maintain a healthy work-life balance. While the role is primarily focused on remote counseling, counselors will also operate within an outpatient office framework, which may involve occasional collaborative team meetings and professional development sessions. The outpatient environment is designed to support flexible appointment scheduling, honoring the unique needs of clients.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations of clients to formulate effective and personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various formats, including individual counseling, family therapy, and group sessions, ensuring clients receive holistic and tailored support.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, applying them as needed based on each client’s unique circumstances.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to facilitate integrated and holistic care.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical records, adhering to both ethical standards and legal requirements to ensure client confidentiality.
• Stay informed about the latest research, trends, and developments in mental health by attending relevant workshops and training programs.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with our organization, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals from varied cultural backgrounds experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Your expertise in dealing with trauma-informed care, substance abuse, and family therapy will be invaluable as you guide clients through their unique journeys of healing and growth.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• At least 2 years of hands-on counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and digital tools used for client management is essential.
• Demonstrable understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations pertaining to counseling practices.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to foster therapeutic relationships with clients of all backgrounds.
• Ability to work within a collaborative team-oriented environment, sharing insights and resources with other healthcare professionals.

• Specialization in trauma recovery, substance abuse counseling, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable.
• Experience utilizing evidence-based practices and delivering effective therapeutic interventions in diverse settings.
• Prior experience working in outpatient mental health settings preferred.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
