About the role

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities and setting qualified meetings for Sales Representatives. This role focuses on outbound and inbound prospect engagement, early stage qualification, and consistent pipeline creation in support of revenue growth, stage qualification, and consistent pipeline creation in support of revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has previous experience in a BDR or SDR role, is a strong communicator, and has a proven track record of successfully booking meetings for sales teams, preferably within a technology or Microsoft partner environment.

Location: This role is available in multiple locations. Depending on your location, different work environments are supported: In-office in Tampa, FL and Fargo, ND, or Remote across the rest of the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, contact, and qualify prospective customers through outbound and inbound efforts (phone, email, LinkedIn, campaign follow‑up).
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess prospect fit, needs, and interest.
  • Schedule qualified meetings between prospects and assigned Sales Representatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date activity, notes, and lead status in CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to align messaging and improve lead quality.
  • Follow defined qualification criteria and hand off well qualified opportunities to Sales.‑qualified opportunities to Sales.

Required Qualifications
