Job description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Appointment Setter/Inside Sales Representative to join our team. You would be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments through email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling.
The companies we are reaching out to are typically manufacturing companies and we are targetting solutions in their shipping department, if you have experience with manufacturing companies specifically please highlight that.
Responsibilities:

  • You will be provided a list of companies to perform outreach to
  • From that list conduct targeted email marketing campaigns to generate leads and set appointments.
  • Utilize LinkedIn to identify and reach out to potential prospects.
  • Make outbound cold calls to prospects and qualify leads.
  • Manage a sales pipeline and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales goals.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
