Work Environment

This position offers a remote work setting, providing flexibility while ensuring high-quality client engagement and support. Although primarily remote, you will join a collaborative team of mental health professionals dedicated to exceptional patient care. Regular business hours are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with an expectation of some weekend and evening hours based on client appointments. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health statuses and needs, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices.
  • Implement diverse therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's specific requirements, ensuring effective treatment outcomes.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical records while adhering strictly to HIPAA and other regulatory standards to protect client confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver holistic care.

Qualifications
