• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs, strengths, and challenges, and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique mental health goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing a range of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions that promote community, support, and shared learning among participants.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery, addressing client needs from a holistic perspective.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to all ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing mental health practice.
• Stay informed of the latest research and developments in mental health treatment to continuously enhance your practice and provide the best possible care to clients.

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds and cultures. Our clients often face challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Understanding the unique experiences of each client and integrating cultural competency into your therapeutic approach is essential for effective care and client engagement.

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• An active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license in the state of Vermont.
• Strong foundation and experience in evidence-based therapeutic methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while actively participating as a team member.

• Minimum of two years of direct clinical experience providing therapy.
• Experience working in a community health setting or with underserved populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methods.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
