• Conduct one-on-one video sessions with clients to provide therapeutic support and guidance.
• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to express their emotions and experiences effectively, fostering self-awareness.
• Act as an advocate for clients by assisting them in identifying personal goals and developing actionable strategies to reach those goals.
• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions thoroughly and formulate tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based, solution-oriented approaches.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of client interactions and progress, adhering to best practice protocols and confidentiality standards.

Your work will primarily focus on adults dealing with a variety of mental health challenges that are classified as stable and low-acuity. This demographic includes individuals experiencing anxiety, mild depression, stress management issues, and relationship conflicts. By utilizing a client-centered approach, you will facilitate meaningful change, empowering clients to gain insight and develop coping mechanisms for a better quality of life.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Current licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proficient computer skills, particularly in telehealth software and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

• Demonstrated ability to assess mental health conditions and implement effective treatment strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with clients, showing empathy and understanding.
• Experience working within a virtual healthcare setting, utilizing telehealth platforms to conduct therapeutic sessions.

Clear Support Mental Health Services offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
