• Deliver high-quality therapy services in line with best practices, ensuring comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Administer thorough assessments to establish mental health diagnoses, create individualized treatment plans, and review them regularly to adjust care as necessary.
• Engage in individual therapy sessions while having the potential to conduct family, marriage, or group counseling based on your expertise and interests.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of diagnoses, treatment processes, and session notes, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
• Collaborate inclusively with team members to enhance client care and contribute to the success of our community health clinic.

You will work with a diverse clientele encompassing individuals facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Your role will often involve therapeutic relationships with adolescents and their families, allowing you to make a significant impact on their emotional well-being and overall quality of life. The collaborative nature of our team environment emphasizes community outreach and efforts to foster healing across generations.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field, with licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong foundational knowledge of evidence-based practices and contemporary counseling techniques that contribute to effective and empathetic patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which are essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health services, particularly with co-occurring disorders, individual and group therapy, as well as substance abuse treatment.
• Experience working with children, families, and couples, showcasing your capacity to cater to various dynamics and therapeutic needs.
• Familiarity with digital tools for remote counseling sessions and electronic health record systems to facilitate smooth documentation and communication.

Our salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
