• Conduct in-depth assessments to understand clients' presenting challenges, personal histories, and therapeutic objectives.
• Administer individual, couple, and family therapy using evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy to address mental health issues effectively.
• Customize and implement individualized treatment plans, continuously adapting strategies based on client progress and feedback.
• Foster a therapeutic alliance characterized by trust, empathy, and open communication, essential for effective therapy.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal regulations while documenting all client interactions and treatment plans in our secure systems.
• Engage in regular supervision and professional development to refine clinical skills and stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment.
• Provide guidance and practical tools to clients, enabling them to manage challenges effectively and achieve positive life changes.

In this role, you will interact with a diverse population of students, addressing various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. You will have the opportunity to work closely with families, collaborating to enhance communication and support systems that are vital for a child's development and stress management during pivotal school years.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a clinical setting, ideally with a focus on school mental health or private practice.
• Excellent clinical assessment skills, treatment planning ability, and intervention strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills, showcasing empathy and rapport-building abilities.

• Experience working in school settings or with children and adolescents.
• Proficiency with digital therapy platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Knowledge of community resources and referral systems in Rockford and surrounding areas.

The competitive salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 yearly, complemented by performance bonuses.
