• Perform intensive counseling sessions, psychotherapy, and case management, addressing the unique needs of each patient.
• Conduct comprehensive mental status examinations to track and recognize shifts in clients' emotional and psychological conditions.
• Document clear and thorough case notes, progress updates, and treatment plans that guide ongoing patient care.
• Utilize de-escalation techniques in high-pressure situations, creating a calm atmosphere conducive to emotional healing.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and community resources, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Facilitate therapeutic interventions in one-on-one and group settings tailored to clients' specific requirements, enhancing their treatment experience.
• Share insights and strategies with fellow team members to foster an environment of collaborative learning and support.

Your primary focus will be on individuals seeking recovery from substance use disorders at our Detox Center. You will work with diverse patient backgrounds, including various socioeconomic statuses and co-occurring mental health disorders. Understanding the complex challenges these clients face, your expertise will be critical in guiding them toward recovery and sustainable mental well-being.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid Pennsylvania LCSW license with the ability to practice independently.
• Demonstrated high level of empathy and emotional intelligence, essential for developing a trusting relationship with clients.
• Proven experience providing therapy services to individuals, couples, and families.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to handle a dynamic caseload effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear expression of complex ideas and solutions.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with a focus on addiction and mental health.
• Experience working in a detox or rehabilitation environment, demonstrating familiarity with substance use issues and treatment modalities.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in clinical social work and mental health interventions.
