Sparks Group in partnership with a growing mortgage company is seeking to hire Loan Officers! As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for assisting loan applicants to secure the right mortgage for the customer. The ideal candidate will have an active MLO license with a minimum of 1 year of experience in self-generated mortgage lending experience, a strong record of building and retaining a client list and is passionate about providing a great customer experience. Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate a robust referral network by partnering with local realtors, builders, and community leaders to drive new business growth.
  • Deliver a high-touch borrower experience, managing every interaction to ensure a smooth, seamless journey from application to closing.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, evaluating the advantages of various loan products to find the optimal financing solution for their needs.
  • Uphold rigorous quality standards, ensuring all loan origination activities remain in strict alignment with state and federal regulatory requirements.

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Minimum of 1 year as a self-generating mortgage lending experience
  • High school or GED
  • Active MLO license with the NMLS and state

Open to candidates in all states (except for AK, DE, MA, ME, NH, NY, RI, VT). Telework is optional based on individuals’ preference.
