This position is 100% remote, allowing you to operate from a quiet and professional home office. Successful candidates will ensure their workspace includes reliable internet access, a phone, and video capabilities, facilitating seamless communication with clients and colleagues. • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to establish effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Provide individual and group therapy through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients.
• Maintain precise clinical records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with departmental standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance treatment approaches and address clients' concerns and needs proactively.
• Regularly communicate with clients to monitor progress, provide feedback, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
• Commit to ongoing professional development and self-care practices to maintain optimal personal and professional well-being.

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse clientele facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and substance use disorders. Your empathetic and patient-centered approach will help foster trust and connection, empowering clients to engage actively in their healing process. Through our recovery-oriented program, you will play a crucial part in guiding clients toward improved emotional, cognitive, and social well-being.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, leading to licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing virtual counseling services is essential to ensure that clients receive the highest standard of care.
• Current licensure or an in-progress application with the Board of Behavioral Sciences is necessary.
• A well-equipped home office with sufficient technology to ensure effective service delivery.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a varying caseload efficiently.

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with experience in telehealth settings, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and those who have utilized evidence-based practices in their counseling methodologies. Familiarity with substance use treatment frameworks or trauma-informed care approaches is a plus.
