Standard Job Description Join the Enterprise Demand Supply Control (EDSC) organization as a Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) coordinator. SIOP is an enterprise decisional process and governance structure that ensures our Supply Plans are able to satisfy the aggregated Demand Plan, allowing Aero to deliver against customer requirements. SIOP identifies gaps between our supply and demand and allows for a proactive action plan to be put in place to ensure we will be able to meet our future forecasted demands.

This role provides the opportunity for senior leadership visibility between Program Management, Supply Chain Management, and Sustainment Operations. What You Will Be Doing In this position, the SIOP Coordinator will be responsible for initiating and managing mitigation strategies to address future supply and demand risk. You will be analyzing the SIOP output and tracking assigned actions to closure.

This position will also support the 1LMX effort as we work to stands up SIOP in all of Lockheed's Business Areas. Your duties and responsibilities will include the following: Coordinate effectively with the Program Management and Demand Analytics team to Aggregate demand plans Coordinate effectively with the Capacity Rate Readiness Teams and Global Supply Chain organizations to ensure accurate supply plans. Manage and Create Sr Leadership visibility presentations Proactively manage part Line-of-Balance and recommend corrective actions.
