Job description

A health-care employer in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior Workforce Analytics Analyst to join its analytics function. This is a senior-level, individual contributor role focused on transforming workforce data into actionable insights for organizational leadership.

The role. The Senior Workforce Analytics Analyst is responsible for analyzing workforce data and translating findings into clear, meaningful information presented to stakeholders across the organization. This individual will regularly engage with executive and C-suite leadership, requiring both strong analytical capability and polished communication skills. The role is based in the Houston, TX area and requires up to 20% travel.
