The Position: We are looking for a candidate who will be performing the role of Business Analyst, directly supporting AM Pierce leadership and back-office teams through managing, coordinating, and writing proposals in support of NAVAIR opportunities.

Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 – $85,000 annually, based upon an individual's level of experience, skillset, and education. The range that is given is an estimate and may vary based on contractual constraints. At AM Pierce & Associates, it is our goal to provide equitable compensation to all employees.

The Work Environment: Remote.

The Description:

  • Develop compliant proposals.
  • Technical writing and editing of proposal management plans, technical response, corporate experience, and key personnel resumes.
  • Develops writing templates and guidelines.
  • Maintains proposal schedule.
  • Develops and coordinates proposal data calls.
  • Spearheads responses for sources sought responses, and working with Business Development Team on submission.
  • Monitor Business Development sites such as Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) and SAM.gov for upcoming pipeline opportunities.
    • Track status on actions, initiatives, capture, exploratory efforts to ensure proactiveness and anticipate upcoming proposal efforts.
  • Act as the Monthly Status Report (MSR) Coordinator for multiple contracts.
    • Consolidate, review, and provide inputs to Program Managers and Contracts Team, ensure that the employees have provided quantitative contributions that will help feed later proposals and advocate for their current contributions, stay up to date on Prime/Customer expectations for deliverables.
  • Spearhead the generation and organization of the Company Operating Guide (COG).
  • Review all processes prior to C-Suite submission and provide track change recommendations.
  • Develop and provide recommendation for company templates, slick sheets, and graphics.
  • Act as the Configuration Manager for Microsoft TEAMS channels with Business Development.

Education & Experience:

  • Required Experience /Skills:
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a minimum of a DoD Secret Clearance, required.
    • Bachelor of Arts or Science degree.
    • Superior organization skills and motivation.
    • Excellent writing, proofreading and editing skills.
    • Ability to lead discussions and work independently on solicitations and deliverables.
    • Experience developing detailed, complex graphics.
    • Experience in document design and desktop publishing.
    • Advanced Microsoft Office Software skills to include Word, Excel, Power Point and Adobe.
  • Desired Experience:
    • 1-3 years of experience in supporting business development and capture of NAVAIR opportunities valued >$50M.
  • Experience supporting Seaport-e proposal development.
