Please note that we can only hire individuals residing in our specific territory which includes CO, NE, OK, KS, TX, FL, OH, AR, MI, and WI.

Requirements for the Position:

  • Must have a cell phone & computer or laptop with a camera that operates on the Windows system.
  • Familiarity with the Zoom platform and high-speed internet access to support video conferencing.
  • Life Insurance License (Out-of-pocket license fees will apply to candidates if offered the position).
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and demonstrate strong negotiation skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED and pass a background check.

Position Details:

  • Remote, work-from-home position, responsibilities include working over the phone and Zoom to assist the clients with enrolling into their benefits.
  • "Commission Only" weekly income structure with an opportunity for a weekly bonus.
  • Full-time position as a Remote Insurance Sales Associate.
  • Associates use a needs-based benefit analysis program to complete applications for our clients which is part of the life insurance sales process.
  • Appointment-based work model.
