Job Responsibilities
As Fulfillment Manager, you'll oversee end-to-end global logistics performance across our fulfillment ecosystem.
You will:
  • Lead strategic network expansion initiatives, including new warehouse launches and integrations
  • Build scalable omnichannel processes that improve efficiency, customer experience, and cost optimization
  • Drive automation, predictive models and AI-driven operational improvements
  • Build and strengthen strategic relationships with 3PL partners, carriers, and suppliers
  • Lead fulfillment scalability initiatives across D2C, Amazon, Wholesale, Subscription, and B2B channels

  • 10+ years of experience in 3PL, Fulfillment, Logistics, or Supply Chain operations
  • Proven experience managing inbound, outbound, returns, replenishment, and omnichannel operations at scale
  • Strong experience working with 3PLs, warehouse operations, and SLA performance management
  • Experience leading operational improvement, scalability, and cost-efficiency initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Experience with AI and automation is a must
  • Intermediate or higher English proficiency
