• Conduct teletherapy sessions involving individual, couple, and family therapy while employing evidence-based practices.
• Assess clients' mental health needs through comprehensive intake processes and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities to address client concerns, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness techniques.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential client records in adherence to ethical guidelines and organizational standards.
• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and range in age and life experience. You will work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various life transitions. By understanding and prioritizing cultural competence, you will provide effective support reflective of our clients' unique experiences and needs.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW license in the state of Oregon.
• Commitment to ethical practices and responsibility in providing client-centered care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills suitable for remote engagement.

• Experience delivering teletherapy services with a focus on remote engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and platforms to conduct effective therapy sessions.
• Previous work experience within mental health settings, particularly in detox facilities or similar environments.

This part-time position offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. In addition to salary, we provide:
