Job description

Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional delivery efforts across multiple concurrent initiatives in an Agile environment. Actas the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, andoperations to translate business needs into clear, actionable solutions. Define product vision, scope, roadmap, and delivery priorities in partnership with business leaders and technical teams. Own and manage product backlogs, including epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional requirements. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Serve as Scrum Master for one or more teams by removing blockers, tracking progress, and promoting delivery predictability. Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX/UI, and data teams to ensure solutions are designed and delivered to business expectations. Support requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, user acceptance testing, and release readiness. Partner with technical teams to design and review solutions aligned to business requirements and delivery standards. Drive reporting, dashboarding, and analytics efforts that support operational performance and executive decision‐making. Support data‐related initiatives including data integration, data migration, data quality, and data validation. Work with APIs, enterprise systems, and workflow tools to support automation and system interoperability. Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend process enhancements. Track and report KPIs, delivery metrics, risks, dependencies, and progress to stakeholders and leadership. Support release planning, change management, and post‐release optimization activities. Establish and reinforce Agile practices, delivery discipline, and continuous improvement across teams. Coordinate with remote and offshore teams to ensure clear communication and aligned execution. Qualifications 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Agile Delivery, or Scrum Master roles. Proven experience leading Agile teams and delivering enterprise digital, data, or application solutions. Strong ability to gather requirements, define user stories, and prioritize backlogs based on business value. Hands‐on experience facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies and supporting team delivery. Experience working with cross‐functional teams including engineering, QA, UX, and business stakeholders. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‐solving skills. Experience supporting dashboards, reporting, analytics, or data‐driven decision‐making. Experience with system integrations, APIs, data migration, or workflow automation is preferred. Familiarity with enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, or digital transformation initiatives is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Preferred Attributes Strategic thinker with strong delivery ownership. Able to balance product thinking, business analysis, and Scrum leadership. Comfortable working in fast‐paced, multi‐stakeholder environments.
