Job DescriptionConsumer Sales Specialist The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. They are not intended to be construed, as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required of personnel so classified.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: To provide excellent customer service to LFI consumers through innovative problem solving and by providing timely information that exceeds customer expectations and enhances the company's brand loyalty, and growth. This position requires a high level of professionalism, including written and verbal communication, and system skills. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION (Other duties may be assigned.):Engaging with customers via phone calls, e-mail, live chat, and social mediaAdvocate for the end consumer to ensure we are creating the best customer experienceUse creative problem-solving to find solutions for customer issuesEducate and/or sell our product to the customerEntering customer information via Windows and cloud-based software7 hours of phone/email/chat/social responsibility per dayOTHER FUNCTIONS:Perform other duties, as assigned by Consumer Supervisor.POSITION REQUIREMENTS:Must be dependable and have a team first mentalityMust be self-motivated and accountable to peersMust have strong and efficient written and verbal communication skillsMust have strong problem-solving skillsMust be willing to conduct oneself in accordance with Company's Core ValuesMust be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast pace environmentMust have a high level of interpersonal skillsMust be able to accurately enter data into multiple systemsMust be able to empathize from the customer's point of viewQUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty exceptionally.
