We are looking for an exceptional E-Commerce Chat & Support Specialist to deliver a luxury brand experience to both our clinical partners and everyday consumers.
Role Overview
This is a 100% remote position reporting to our headquarters in Weston, FL. In this role, you will act as the voice of CO2Lift, delivering high-touch support across multiple channels (phone, email, and live chat). You will assist retail customers with order tracking and product guidance while supporting our medical providers and wholesale accounts with order fulfillment and account inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Omnichannel Client Support: Provide prompt, professional, and empathetic assistance to D2C shoppers and B2B wholesale accounts regarding orders, shipping, and product usage.
- E-Commerce Operations: Process orders, manage returns, and resolve order discrepancies using our e-commerce platform (Shopify/CRM).
- Brand Ambassadorship: Educate customers on the benefits and proper application of the CO2Lift product line, ensuring every interaction reflects a premium aesthetic brand standard.
- Account Management Support: Assist the medical sales team with wholesale account inquiries, re-orders, and shipping updates for clinics and medspas.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with warehouse, logistics, and account management teams to resolve client issues smoothly.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2–4 years of customer service or client support experience, preferably in luxury skincare, medical aesthetics, beauty, or e-commerce D2C/B2B settings.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar e-commerce CRM platforms is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Flawless written and verbal English skills with a warm, high-touch customer care tone.
- Remote Readiness: Dedicated home office with high-speed internet and the discipline to manage high-volume customer inquiries independently.
- Time Zone: Ability to work standard business hours aligned with Eastern (EST) or Central (CST) time zones.
