Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager based in Netherlands.

This role offers the opportunity to own the execution and performance of impactful B2B marketing campaigns in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
You will manage event and webinar campaigns from planning through launch, follow-up, and performance analysis.
Working closely with Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Design, Sales, and Operations, you will ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly and on schedule.
You will build emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, audience segments, and supporting paid campaigns using modern marketing platforms.
Your work will directly contribute to lead generation, engagement, and measurable campaign outcomes.
The position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented marketer who enjoys taking ownership and continuously testing ways to improve performance.
You will have the autonomy to manage multiple initiatives while contributing to a collaborative and results-focused marketing team.

Accountabilities
  • Own the end-to-end execution of webinar and event marketing campaigns, from planning and setup through launch, follow-up, and reporting.
  • Build, test, QA, and launch emails, landing pages, forms, and automated workflows using HubSpot.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and dependencies while keeping internal stakeholders aligned with deadlines.
  • Manage webinar logistics, including registration pages, reminder communications, attendee messaging, and post-event follow-up.
  • Build and launch supporting campaigns across email and paid digital channels.
  • Partner with Design and Content teams to coordinate campaign assets and ensure all materials are delivered on schedule.
  • Collaborate with BDR teams to align event follow-up, lead activation, and post-event outreach strategies.
  • Build pre-event target lists and audience segments to support effective campaign execution and audience targeting.
  • Maintain accurate campaign data across HubSpot and Salesforce and ensure reporting reflects campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign results and translate performance insights into clear recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct thorough pre-launch QA across emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, and other campaign components.
  • Test new campaign ideas, tactics, channels, and messaging to identify opportunities for stronger engagement and event performance.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy, organization, and execution.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B campaign marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or a related marketing role.
  • Hands-on experience creating emails, landing pages, forms, and workflows in HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and the role of CRM systems in managing and measuring marketing campaigns.
  • Experience supporting paid digital campaigns through platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, or similar channels.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
  • A test-and-learn mindset, with a willingness to experiment with new tactics, channels, messaging, and approaches to improve campaign results.
  • Ability to manage several projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal day-to-day supervision while taking ownership of deliverables.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, resourceful, adaptable, and eager to learn new marketing technologies and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use campaign performance data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Proficiency with macOS and comfort working remotely with tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom Webinar, and Asana.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation, with the US-based salary range for the role listed at $60,000-$75,000 USD annually; compensation may vary by hiring location, experience, education, skills, certifications, and market conditions.
  • Fully remote working environment with the flexibility to work from eligible locations.
  • Opportunity to work on B2B demand generation, event marketing, and digital campaign initiatives within a growing technology environment.
  • High level of ownership over campaign execution and performance.
  • Opportunities to develop expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, paid media, marketing automation, and campaign analytics.
  • Collaborative cross-functional environment with Marketing, Sales, Design, Content, and Operations teams.
  • Inclusive workplace culture that values diverse experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds.
  • Opportunities to experiment, learn, and continuously develop marketing skills.
