The ideal candidate is commercially minded, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple accounts while maintaining high performance standards.

Accountabilities
  • Develop, launch, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns for e-commerce and DTC brands across relevant advertising platforms.
  • Manage campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and other emerging paid media channels as appropriate.
  • Build and execute testing strategies for audiences, creatives, offers, bidding approaches, and campaign structures to identify scalable growth opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and profitability, making data-driven adjustments to budgets, targeting, creative, and bidding strategies.
  • Analyze key performance indicators including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and attribution data to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Translate performance data into actionable recommendations and growth strategies for e-commerce brands.
  • Support profitable scaling of campaigns while maintaining appropriate efficiency and return-on-ad-spend targets.
  • Use Shopify, GA4, Triple Whale, Hyros, and other analytics and attribution tools to monitor customer acquisition and performance accurately.
  • Investigate tracking and attribution issues and help ensure reliable data is available for campaign optimization and decision-making.
  • Manage multiple brands or accounts simultaneously while maintaining consistent performance, organization, and communication standards.
  • Stay informed about changes in paid media platforms, advertising technologies, e-commerce trends, and performance marketing best practices.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience working with e-commerce or DTC brands, particularly within competitive niches such as health and wellness, fashion and apparel, beauty and skincare, pet products, or consumer lifestyle.
  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns on one or more major platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or similar acquisition channels.
  • Track record of launching, testing, optimizing, and profitably scaling performance marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion tracking, and multi-touch attribution.
  • Ability to analyze campaign and customer data and turn insights into practical strategies for improving acquisition and profitability.
  • Proficiency with Shopify, GA4, Triple Whale, Hyros, or comparable e-commerce analytics and attribution platforms.
  • Experience working in an agency or multi-brand environment, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a disciplined, data-driven approach to campaign management.
  • Commercial awareness and a strong understanding of how paid acquisition contributes to overall e-commerce growth.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and maintain high performance standards across multiple campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain performance, recommendations, and growth opportunities.
Benefits
  • Fully remote work arrangement.
  • Opportunity to work with fast-scaling e-commerce and DTC brands across a range of consumer industries.
  • Exposure to multiple brands and performance marketing environments aligned with your experience and strengths.
  • Direct contract and employment relationship with the client when selected.
  • Curated opportunities matched to your skills and professional background.
  • Streamlined hiring process with pre-screened candidate profiles.
  • No application, endorsement, or hiring fees for candidates.
  • Compensation, working schedule, and benefits vary depending on the client and specific opportunity.
