Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Amazon Brand Manager (Eastern Europe) based in Netherlands.

As an Amazon Brand Manager, you'll take ownership of brand performance and growth across the Amazon marketplace, with a focus on Eastern European markets.
You'll combine commercial strategy, data analysis, marketplace expertise, and creative thinking to increase sales, improve conversion, and control costs.
The role gives you responsibility for the day-to-day performance of products, from pricing and promotions to PPC, content, and SKU optimization.
You'll monitor market and competitor dynamics closely, identify risks and opportunities early, and turn marketplace data into clear recommendations.
Working across teams, you'll contribute to strategic decisions while maintaining accurate reporting and visibility into product-level P&L.
This is a fast-paced, highly analytical environment suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, solving complex problems, and acting quickly when priorities change.
You'll have a direct impact on marketplace growth while working with a collaborative team focused on continuous improvement.

Accountabilities
  • Analyze Amazon performance data, metrics, and marketplace trends to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and recommend effective strategies.
  • Manage brands and products on a day-to-day basis, monitoring sales performance, rankings, best-seller indicators, customer demographics, market trends, pricing, and competitive activity.
  • Develop and implement strategies designed to increase sales, improve conversion rates, and reduce costs across the product portfolio.
  • Optimize key growth levers including pricing, PPC campaigns, coupons, deals, customer communications, creative assets, and SKU strategy.
  • Produce accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering product performance, KPIs, and P&L, working closely with internal teams to maintain reliable financial visibility.
  • Track core KPIs on a weekly basis and proactively diagnose performance changes, identifying corrective actions quickly and accurately.
  • Monitor the broader Amazon ecosystem, including competitor activity, industry developments, marketplace trends, and changes to Amazon policies and rules.
  • Identify potential issues before they become significant problems and escalate risks or operational challenges promptly when required.
  • Challenge existing data and assumptions when necessary, ensuring management receives clear, accurate, and actionable insights.
  • Partner with internal teams to develop marketplace strategies, share learnings, communicate successes and failures, and stay current with evolving Amazon best practices.
  • Contribute creative ideas and innovative approaches to improve brand visibility, customer engagement, and overall marketplace performance.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in brand management, P&L management, marketing, or an analytical business function, preferably within a startup or other fast-paced environment.
  • 3+ years of e-commerce experience, ideally with hands-on experience managing brands or products within the Amazon ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical ability, with a proven capacity to work through complex datasets, identify meaningful patterns, draw conclusions, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and confidence working with performance data, reporting, and financial metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at different levels of an organization.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail, particularly when managing multiple products, reports, deadlines, and competing priorities.
  • Ability to operate effectively under aggressive deadlines and in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • Highly self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects independently while solving complex problems with limited oversight.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content, generate new ideas, and think beyond conventional approaches.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, relationship management, or account management skills.
  • Positive, reliable, transparent, and collaborative approach to working with different teams and personalities.
  • Ability to work full-time on an EST-aligned schedule.
Benefits
  • Fully remote, full-time position.
  • Opportunity to take ownership of brand growth across the Amazon marketplace.
  • High level of autonomy and exposure to commercial, analytical, and e-commerce decision-making.
  • Fast-paced environment offering opportunities to work across multiple brands, products, and growth initiatives.
  • Collaborative work with cross-functional teams and exposure to evolving Amazon marketplace strategies.
  • Opportunity to develop expertise across e-commerce, marketplace growth, performance marketing, analytics, and P&L management.
  • A role suited to professionals who enjoy ownership, continuous learning, and solving complex business challenges.
