Job Summary:
Thunder is a remote-first company seeking a Solution Architect to collaborate with customers' technology and business stakeholders to develop scalable solutions. The role involves acting as a liaison between clients and the Thunder team, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for overall Amazon Connect solution design and implementation
• Lead business and technology analysis and provide CRM domain expertise
• Lead client architecture initiatives from inception to completion, acting as a technical subject matter expert while providing expertise to business users and challenging point of views
• Partner with Sales team in the process of client discovery to accurately estimate the technical level of effort for scope of work sold
• Responsible for combined team project delivery success, producing documentation to aid in the understanding of existing architecture solutions
• Champion the adoption of reusable architecture assets to improve efficiency
• Own the overall execution of implementation deliverables and QA
Qualifications:
Required:
• US citizenship required, with ability and willingness to obtain security clearance(s).
• 4-6+ years consulting experience within the Salesforce Partner or AWS ecosystems, preferably within a large-scale Federal environment.
• 2+ years of demonstrated track record of hands-on configuration of Amazon Connect.
• Comfortable establishing credibility with key customer decision makers and influencers.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to assess customers’ business goals and formulate product and services solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills, plus extraordinary listening skills.
• Eagerness to contribute to overall team expertise, standards, methodologies and practices.
• Practical exposure to Agile methodology, writing user stories, managing scrum calls, prioritizing backlog, and similar tasks.
• Strong skills in data analysis and creating dashboards.
Preferred:
• Highly Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud Voice Accreditation, AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Developer.
• Preferred Salesforce Certifications: Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant.
