What You'll Tackle
  • Technical strategy: Define architecture, tooling, security, and scaling for SqlDBM v2, then turn "we should" into "it's in prod."
  • AI enablement: Formalize an AI toolchain (Cursor/Copilot, etc.), set prompt patterns, guardrails, and velocity metrics.
  • Team leadership: Hire, coach, and unblock a squad of full-stack engineers.
  • Delivery & DevOps: Set up and maintain CI pipelines, automated testing, deployment workflows, observability, feature flags, etc.
  • Frontend coordination: Keep our React codebase clean
