Job Summary
An Operations Manager oversees the daily functions of a business. They coordinate various departments, manage resources, and implement strategies to enhance productivity. By analyzing performance metrics, they identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives that align with company goals. In addition to managing staff and resources, Operations Managers also handle budgeting and forecasting. They play a crucial role in maintaining quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction, ultimately contributing to the organization's success and growth.
Manages the daily activities of an organization's operation, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently. Implements company policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure efficient operations. Monitors performance against operational goals and evaluates and enhances current operational systems.
Position Responsibilities
  • Manages daily workload to ensure organizational efficiency.
  • Account management working with internal stakeholders
  • Develops reporting and auditing processes used to analyze operational effectiveness and reviews performance reports from team leaders.
  • Coordinates operations with other functions.
  • Identifies opportunities for operational improvements and implements solutions.
  • Monitors and measures service metrics and utilize to develop standards, improvements, or changes to process.
  • Makes recommendations for changes to products or services based on customer feedback and requests.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years in an operations-related field
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience
  • Strong customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn industry-specific software
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments
  • Strong desire to learn, explore new ideas, and seek out new knowledge
  • Ability to be flexible, embrace change, and quickly pivot in response to shifting priorities
  • Demonstrates experience working with cross functional teams, leveraging influence and collaboration to drive results

The starting annual pay scale for this position is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, training, and experience. In addition, the company offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) plan with match, paid time off, and other benefits.
ISC's salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
National Pay Range
$110,000-$127,000 USD
