  • Managing Multifamily Operations team of 6 people.
  • Develop & lead process improvements that improve efficiency and increase quality measures.
  • Recruit, Hire & Develop team.
  • Analyze and improve organizational processes and workflow.
  • Capacity planning for growth goals hiring plans to meet budgets.
  • Budget creation and management.
  • Monthly P&L analysis and KPI scorecard management.
  • Management through databases, report writing, Microsoft Excel, and Google applications.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant operations management.
  • Related industry experience.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Passion for sustainability, clean energy, and energy efficiency.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Ability to manage one's own schedule and manage tasks independently.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Budget creation and reporting experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel specifically) and the ability to navigate web-based platforms.
