Account Executive - Strategic Accounts

We are seeking an Account Executive to join our global Commercial team, where innovation knows no borders. This team builds strategic airline partnerships that accelerate technology modernization and transform travel retailing. It connects commercial strategy with customer success so airlines realize maximum value from their technology investments. As an Account Executive, you will lead Sabre's relationship with JetBlue as a single-threaded business leader. You will drive multi-million-dollar renewals, expand product adoption and align cross-functional teams to deliver strategic commercial outcomes. This role requires executive presence, commercial acumen and the drive to challenge legacy ways of working.

What you'll do

  • Lead executive relationships across commercial, operational and technology teams to position Sabre as a strategic partner.
  • Drive revenue retention and strategic growth through complex contract renewals and expansion negotiations.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams across product, delivery, legal and customer support to accelerate airline transformation.
  • Guide customer adoption of advanced retailing, dynamic pricing and New Distribution Capability (NDC) solutions.
  • Use generative AI and analytics tools to streamline account planning, identify growth opportunities and improve reporting accuracy.

What you'll bring

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise account management or commercial strategy within travel technology or airline IT.
  • Proven success in leading complex negotiations and driving revenue growth across multi-million-dollar accounts.
  • Deep domain knowledge of airline operations, offer management, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and retailing platforms.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Practical experience using generative AI and automation tools to increase productivity and scale impact.
