Position Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Aviation Sales Representative / Business Development Manager to join their growing sales team. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, sourcing aviation assets, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through aircraft, engine, and component sales.

The ideal candidate will have an established aviation industry network, a proven track record in sales origination, and an existing book of business within aircraft, engines, or aviation components. This position is suited for a highly motivated sales professional with strong industry relationships and the ability to independently generate and close business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with airlines, MROs, leasing companies, operators, brokers, and other aviation industry stakeholders.

  • Originate and source aircraft, engines, components, and other aviation assets for acquisition and resale opportunities.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through existing industry networks and market intelligence.

  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including prospecting, opportunity development, negotiation, and closing transactions.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth.

  • Identify market trends, customer requirements, and potential aviation asset opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, customer information, and activity records within company systems.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of sales transactions.

  • Represent the organization professionally within the aviation marketplace.

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in aviation sales, preferably within:

    • Aircraft sales

    • Aircraft engine sales

  • Established book of business and strong relationships within the aviation industry.

  • Demonstrated experience with deal origination, business development, and sourcing aviation assets.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with commercial, regional, or general aviation markets.

  • Background in aircraft, engine, or component acquisition and remarketing.

  • Experience with aviation asset transactions and aftermarket solutions.

  • Experience with Quantum ERP system is a plus but not required.

  • Established industry connections across North America, South America, or Europe are highly desirable.

Compensation & Benefits
  • An experienced aviation sales manager should be in the total pay range of $150K++ range if they are producing. Our medical, dental and vision benefits are worth up to another $20k per year, our plans are among the most generous and very best available in the US.
