Ability to communication well both written (clear concise, well organized) and verbally (express clearly and succinctly). Familiar with the Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act of 1974. Experience. A BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience processing Freedom of Information requests at the base level, command level preferred.
