GP Strategies Government Solutions has an opening for a remote Training Administrator/Class Coordinator. This is a full-time, benefitted, hybrid position. Business schedule: 6am-4:30pm CST Monday - Thursday.
Job Summary: Provide Learning Management System (LMS) administrative support to our Aero client's LMS and training analysts by assisting with various LMS duties related to: class scheduling, running a variety of LMS reports, data quality processes such as class closure; customer inquiries through Service Central Tickets and emails; and other similar duties as designated by team Leads.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Administration/training coordination type of experience; LMS experience preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency with Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, graphs, tables, etc.)
  • Experience working in the back end of Learning Management Systems (LMS) to support LMS administration activities preferred; experience with SuccessFactors LMS a plus.
  • Familiar with the standard concepts, practices, and procedures associated with an LMS and the related training administrative environment preferred.
  • Experience providing training administration using an LMS for running reports, removing courses/curriculums from learning plans, providing course credit preferred; modifying course/curriculum meta data, etc.
  • Experience and ability to manage large volume of tasks and maintain high degree of accuracy, quality and timely completion preferred. Ability to prioritize and manage disruptions.
  • Possess strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in a complex and changing environment while being both self-sufficient and collaborative with team members.
  • Good written and verbal communications that support positive and effective customer experience.

Assignment Location - Hybrid in Fort Worth, TX
