Remote Advocate information

How does a remote advocate effectively build trust and rapport with clients without in-person interactions?

Remote Advocates often rely on digital communication methods such as video calls, phone calls, and emails to connect with clients. Many organizations provide virtual training to help advocates develop these digital relationship-building skills. Additionally, Remote Advocates often use secure communication platforms to ensure client confidentiality, which helps foster a safe and supportive environment.
