Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify and evaluate clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, creating a strong foundation for tailored interventions.
  • Provide both individual and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches that align with each clientโ€™s unique circumstances.
  • Develop and implement service plans that outline clients' goals and objectives, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
  • Advocate passionately for clients' rights and access to vital social services, actively addressing prevalent social justice issues.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
