As a Legacy Protection Advisor, you'll meet with members virtually to review available benefits, understand their protection needs, explain coverage options, and provide ongoing service.Member Consultations & Benefits Education

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations through Zoom and phone
• Connect with members interested in learning about available benefits
• Identify individual and family financial protection needs
• Explain life insurance and supplemental benefit options clearly
• Answer questions regarding coverage, policy features, and available benefits
• Provide needs-based recommendations
• Guide members through applications and enrollment
• Assist with required documentation and account information

Long-Term Member Service
Your relationship with members doesn't end after enrollment.
You'll also help provide ongoing support through:

• Policy reviews
• Beneficiary information updates
• Coverage questions
• Account and policy service requests
• Claims-related guidance and assistance
• Follow-up communication
• Changes in family protection needs
