What you'd be doing as a Recruiter for JARBO:

  • Sourcing candidates for open job orders through proactive means.
  • Cold calling candidates to advertise career opportunities.
  • Interviewing candidates in vetting out how good of a match they'd be for open job orders.
  • Making candidate recommendations for open job orders.
  • Scheduling interviews.
  • Negotiating employment offers.
  • Developing and maintaining a network of candidates.

Qualifications We Are Seeking in a Recruiter:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relatable field of study (business administration, psychology, communications, marketing, etc.) preferred but not required
  • Strong computer literacy and experience utilizing common computer software programs.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Intuition skills
