Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions through secure online platforms, utilizing evidence-based practices to address various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments for students, including psychological evaluations and emotional screenings, to diagnose mental health disorders accurately.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate client strengths, areas of growth, and achievable goals, working collaboratively with clients and their families.
  • Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary, conducting risk assessments for suicidal ideation and creating safety plans with clients.
  • Engage with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, school counselors, and healthcare professionals, to foster integrated, holistic care for students.
  • Maintain precise and timely documentation of all client interactions in accordance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical practices by developing innovative strategies that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and an active LCSW license are required.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, specifically working with children, adolescents, and families is essential.
