In your role as an LCSW, you will be responsible for:

• Providing psychotherapy to individuals dealing with mental health issues and substance abuse disorders through both one-on-one and group modalities.
• Conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Utilizing various therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), tailored specifically for substance abuse recovery.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
