Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider I

Location: Ephrata, PA

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Champion:

  • Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to share responsibility with two other CRNPs in the infusion room for reactions, triage visits, community outreach and patient education

  • New graduate APPs are welcome to apply

  • Ephrata Cancer Center clinic hours: M-F 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. or 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

  • Responsible for rounding 6-7 days per month at WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital

Minimum Education:

  • Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or

  • Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required

  • Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred

Work Experience:

  • 1 year Required

Licenses:

  • Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or

  • Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and

  • Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

  • BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and

  • Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and

  • Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or
