• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Must possess a current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in Pennsylvania.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Strong commitment to understanding client needs and providing therapeutic support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a trusting relationship with clients.
• Proficient in digital communication tools and platforms for telehealth delivery.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling or related therapeutic practice.
• Experience with insurance credentialing is highly desirable, although Green Oak Wellness will support the credentialing process for qualified candidates.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and a passion for continuous professional development.
