• Conduct thorough clinical assessments that incorporate evidence-based practices, ensuring a personalized approach to developing impactful treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Implement therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other effective interventions, adapting techniques to foster client engagement and progress.
• Maintain accurate, thorough, and confidential clinical records that comply with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring clients' privacy and security.
• Collaborate intensely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and mental health professionals, participating in case consultations to refine treatment strategies and enhance care quality.
• Engage in ongoing education efforts for patients and their families, providing essential information about mental health challenges, treatment options, and available community resources to promote awareness and self-advocacy.
• Stay current with the latest mental health research, innovations, and therapeutic methodologies, integrating new findings into practice to continuously improve client outcomes.

You will serve a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing mental health challenges. Each client presents unique circumstances; thus, your role will involve employing versatile therapeutic techniques tailored to individual backgrounds, cultures, and experiences. • A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.
• Demonstrated understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and ability to adapt them to meet clients' varying needs effectively.
