Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed assessments to accurately identify the nature and extent of mental health issues presented by patients.
  • Provide tailored psychotherapy and counseling that aligns with the unique goals and needs of each individual.
  • Remain current on new treatment modalities and best practices in mental health care to enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow team members to boost program success and enhance the quality of care provided.
  • Establish and nurture meaningful connections with clients, creating a safe and supportive atmosphere for open dialogue.
  • Document all patient interactions and progress notes in compliance with confidentiality standards and provider regulations.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and case conferences to discuss treatment strategies and patient care dynamics.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients facing various emotional and mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • Active licensure in California as a LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Demonstrated capacity to customize treatment plans that effectively address the unique needs of each client.
  • Familiarity with telehealth technologies and the ability to adapt counseling methodologies for virtual sessions.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or individuals from marginalized communities.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and methodologies in mental health treatment.
  • Prior involvement in interdisciplinary teams or community mental health initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an attractive annual salary range of $115,000 – $120,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
