Job description

About the role:
The Billing Clerk is responsible for providing financial and administrative support in order to ensure effective, efficient, and accurate billing operations. This position will provide administrative and clerical services, including processing payments, scanning and filing invoices and other documents, and creating invoices. The Billing Clerk reports to the Billing Coordinator.
In this role, your responsibilities will be:
  • Deliver accurate invoices in an efficient and professional manner
  • Follow up with client, vendor, and colleague inquiries
  • Record all transactions accurately
  • Maintain files including uploading documents and recording transactions
  • Auditing and reporting of data as needed
  • Perform other related duties as required

As a candidate, you must have:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Two plus years clerical experience in a general office setting or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in both PC and iOS systems and related software to include advanced spreadsheet functions and experience with relational databases and Salesforce
  • General comfort with Excel
  • E-Mail, 10-key, Internet
  • Salesforce experience (preferred)
  • Advanced Excel - vLookups, if-statements, macros (highly preferred)
  • Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer service
