Advanced Therapy, Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team. Work Environment

This remote position offers flexibility in a collaborative online setting while also accommodating regular visits to our outpatient office in Fontana. Our team utilizes modern telehealth technologies to provide high-quality therapy services, ensuring that team members stay connected and supported. Working from the comfort of your own home, you will engage with clients in an environment designed to maximize comfort and minimize barriers to therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the underlying causes of clients' mental health concerns.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic methods tailored to each client's unique experiences and aspirations.
• Utilize a variety of counseling approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused strategies, to facilitate positive outcomes.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment strategies as needed to ensure alignment with therapeutic goals.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance service delivery and patient follow-up, ensuring the highest standards of care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with the latest research, methodologies, and trends within the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients come from a variety of backgrounds and experiences, ranging from those experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma to individuals seeking support for personal growth and relationship challenges. As a therapist at Advanced Therapy, Ltd, you will work with a diverse clientele, adapting your therapeutic approach to meet the distinct needs and cultural contexts of each patient.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• A valid California license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• At least two years of professional experience in providing mental health services, with demonstrable proficiency in therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong capacity for empathy and rapport-building with clients.
• Ability to implement customized treatment plans that directly address the needs and objectives of each individual client.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with diverse populations and bilingual skills are considered an asset.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and techniques to enhance remote therapy delivery.
• Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for clients.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive annual salary in the range of USD 115,000 – 120,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
