The Adult Mental Disability Solution Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to join our team. • Conduct comprehensive case management as part of your daily responsibilities, including gathering and analyzing client information, identifying their unique needs, and connecting them and their families to appropriate resources.
• Provide therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, based on the individual needs of clients.
• Document client progress meticulously in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with required standards and regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities, expanding your skill set and enhancing the quality of care delivered to clients.

As a Mental Health Counselor with our organization, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families facing mental health challenges. We serve individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders, ensuring an individualized approach tailored to each client’s specific circumstances. Our objective is to provide them with the necessary tools and strategies to navigate their unique life challenges and help them achieve lasting wellness.

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Possession of an active, state-issued license as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania is required.

Though not mandatory, previous experience working with diverse populations and in community health settings is preferred. Familiarity with telehealth practices and electronic health record systems would be advantageous. A strong commitment to continuous learning and a passion for enhancing clients' mental health outcomes will distinguish applicants.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload responsibility.
